About Lancaster Community Association
Rooted in community. Committed to excellence.
Our Mission
Lancaster Community Association, Inc. exists to serve and strengthen our neighborhood by fostering a safe, welcoming, and well-maintained community for all residents.
We are guided by the principles of transparency, fairness, and genuine care — working collaboratively with homeowners to uphold community standards and enhance the quality of life for everyone who calls Lancaster home.
Our History
Lancaster Community Association, Inc., located in Cypress, Texas, was founded by a dedicated group of homeowners who believed that a strong neighborhood begins with engaged residents. From our earliest days, we have worked to build the infrastructure, relationships, and shared values that make Lancaster a place people are proud to live.
Over the years, we have grown alongside our community — expanding our programs, improving our common spaces, and welcoming new families while honoring the traditions that define us. Today, we continue that legacy with the same commitment to service and community that inspired our founding.
