About the Event Hall
The Lancaster Community Center Event Hall is available to rent whether you're hosting a birthday party, baby shower, graduation celebration, family reunion, or neighborhood meeting. Our hall provides a comfortable and welcoming space for your event.
The hall features modern amenities, including a spacious serving area, a full kitchen with stoves, microwaves, refrigerators, an ice machine, ample seating, tables and a convenient location within the community. Reservations are handled on a first-come, first-served basis and must be made in advance.

Rental Policies
- ✓Reservations must be made at least 7 days in advance
- ✓The hall must be left clean and in its original condition
- ✓No open flames or fireworks permitted inside the hall
- ✓Music must be kept at a reasonable volume
- ✓Alcohol is permitted for private events at an additional cost.
- ✓Decorations may not be affixed to walls with nails or staples
- ✓Renter is responsible for all guests and any damages incurred
Rental Rates
All rentals require a refundable security deposit. No cash will be accepted.
