The 2026 pool season has come to an end. We appreciate our hard-working, dedicated lifeguards and thank Lancaster's residents for a wonderful pool season.
We are in the final phase of selecting September's Yard of the Month winners. Our 2 deserving winners will be selected soon, so stay tuned.
Curb Painting is nearing completion. Please remove weeds, vehicles, insects that create safety concerns, and trash that may prevent the painters from accessing curbs. We want the curb of every home to benefit from this much needed and important service.
Join us on September 25, 2026, for another fun-filled night of Adult Bingo! Everyone enjoyed the last bingo event, so we want to do it again. Adult Bingo is free, so come join us for food, prizes and fellowship with your neighbors. We look forward to seeing you and sharing another great evening together!
All exterior home modifications — including coverings, decks, and paint changes — require board approval before work begins. Submit your Architectural Review Request form through Front Steps to avoid violations.
