The 2026 pool season is winding down. September 7, 2026, will be the final day of this year's pool season. The pool will be open on Saturdays, Sundays and Monday, September 7 from 10 am-8 pm. Thank you for a great pool season and we appreciate our hard-working, dedicated lifeguards!
Congratulations to our 2 winners for the month of July! Photos were sent of the winning homes in a community email. We will again award 2 deserving homeowners with Yard of the Month signs and gift cards for the month of August. The winners will be featured in a community email. Will your home be our next winner?
Curb Painting began this week and should take 2 weeks to complete. Please move vehicles that may prevent the painters from accessing curbs. We want the curb of every home to benefit from this much needed service .
Join your neighbors for Senior Bingo Night on Friday, August 21, 2026 in the Lancaster Community Center Event Hall at 6:00 pm. The event is for our senior residents, but residents of any age can attend. The event is free and refreshments will be served.
All exterior home modifications — including coverings, decks, and paint changes — require board approval before work begins. Submit your Architectural Review Request form through Front Steps to avoid violations.
